Mr. James Simpkins, Silver Beaver from the Marion, Ohio, Harding Area Council has passed away. His intention was to sell his complete set and use portions of the sale for scholarship creation for Scouts in the Marion area or beyond, depending upon need. His son, Michael, Eagle Scout (1968) is currently inventorying the collection and considering several ways to get this to the public.
