  1. I cannot upload revised pages to our unit's website. I get the follow message: "This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying." Can you help?
  2. I cannot update our unit's SCOUTER.com web site. No problem signing in; however, when I try to upload a new PDF file to update our newsletter (using Internet Explorer), I get the following message: The website cannot display the page HTTP 500 Most likely causes: The website is under maintenance. The website has a programming error. I already sent an email to "contact us" but got no response. Can someone help? Thanks
  3. I am having trouble changing our troop website which is hosted by SCOUTER.com. Our troop recently changed its number. I want our website to coincide with the new number. We initially established a website with our original troop number on SCOUTER.com which worked very well for us. I then setup a new website which is not working. So I have several related questions. First, how do I delete the original website. I know how to delete files but I want to also delete the old web address or account. How do you do that? Second, why doesn't the "remaining space" window work and w
  4. Our troop recently changed its number. I want the troop website, which is hosted by SCOUTER.com, to coincide with our new number. So I created a new website on SCOUTER.com with the new number, but it won't allow me to upload any files. I suspect the reason for this is that our original website has used up all of our space.
