would the brown Em shirt on the site posted be the same one that the scouts used in the 10's and 20's?

When did they stop using spats or leggings? was it the 60's or 70's? P.S. i have a pair and dont know how to lace them. would someone be able to help?

Hello, I havee been trying to find cheep campaign hats for the scouts of my troop. Knowing full well that they can not put down 50 or a 100 dollars. I ask if anyone knows any cheep places, or places that will give a scouting discout. Anything to tha effect. I have seen on the net hats as low as $29.00.
