I have already recieved the latest Scouter Magazine. I don't think Boys Life publishes a list with the themes for the year in it. You should recieve the Scouter magazine if you are a registered leader. If you are registered as an SM, ASM or CC you should recieve the Program Helps inside, this is where they post the next two months themes. The US Scouting Service Project has the themes available for people to view through 2003 the address is http://www.usscouts.org/themes/themes.html.
