Does anyone have an officer induction ceremony they use for their crew? We are installing our new officers in a week and I was wondering if there were any ceremonies for inducting new officers. Something like the patrol leaders induction ceremony. In the past, the new officers "just take over", but I thought it might be more memorable to have a quick ceremony prior to them taking office.
