    Oh my gosh!!! Thank you all for your suggestions, ideas, and thoughts!! Keep them coming! I have been in Scouting for 4 years now, and this is the first time most of our Committee members have gone through this, so I'm loving all this input!

    Our Troop is an existing troop. Our current Scoutmaster is retiring. That's a great suggestion to ask past Scoutmasters. Please continue to post whatever suggestions you think of! Thanks!

    Our Committee is conducting an interview for a new Scoutmaster. Any suggestions on questions to ask the candidates? Any suggestions on where I can come up with questions?? Thanks!
