I'd like to encourage your pack or troop to attend your town's Veteran's Day ceremonies this Saturday. Take a den or patrol in uniform. Usually, the boys will get to participate in the ceremonies - if only just standing "up front". I think it's a good opportunity for the boys to do "service to country.

I need suggestions for Webelos involvement at pack meetings. They're the "big guys" of the pack now - what should they be doing at pack meetings? They're suffering from the "been there, done that" syndrome! I hate to see there interest flag before entering Boy Scouts.
