I have had a web site on scouter.com for a couple of years now, and it is still currently active. However, I can no longer post changes to the web site. I log on and nothing happens. I have sent many messages to the supposed contacts from scouter.com asking for help, but nobody ever responds. Has anyone had similar problems?

I've tried placing an order from their catalog. They have serious problems with thier shopping software. I've sent messages to identify the problem. But, like you, I get no response. It seems as if they've simply abandoned the upkeep of this website.
