looking for is the actual Adult Application for Scouting which must accompany this

merit badge form...I can't seem to find this anywhere...it is council specific; at

least in the Central Florida District which our troop comes under...Thank you and

I still would like to know of any site that has the Original Adult Application for

getting involved in the Boy Scouts of America...generic applicaiton would be fine.
