Thanks for the welcome. I appreciate the advice and will take it in cosideration tonight at our meeting. I plan on using an open discussion and moderator type of meeting format. There are only 4 people on our committee and not everyone shows up everytime. I have decided to make sure that everyone knows ahead of time when things are going to happen within our troop.

I have been in my troop for nearly two years. I an idea how to run a meeting but would love other input on how to run one too. Thanks Amy
