hmidgley 10 Posted June 5, 2011 Share Posted June 5, 2011 Hello, I am new to the Scouter network but not to Scouting. I have been in Scouting for over 35 years as a youth (Eagle Scout)and an adult. I am currently a UC and an AST. I am working on a research project, "Investigation why Cub Scouts who earn the rank of Arrow of Light dont go into Boy Scouts" for my Doctor's thesis for Commissioner College and I would like to gather some information.
