acco40 95 Posted November 15, 2007 Share Posted November 15, 2007 The only BOR that a Scoutmaster may attend (for Scouts in his unit) is an Eagle BOR. He may attend with the understanding that the Scoutmaster is there to answer questions, when asked, and not to evaluate the Eagle Scout candidate (he already did that with the SM Conference).
