I'm glad to see that we all are dealing with some of the same challenges and the best thing is that they have already ben dealt with by the Senior members of this forum. I hope I can contribute to this site as much as I intend to grow from it. Glad to be here I look forward to getting help from some of you, and i look forward to helping some of you.
