pocket knife information

My wife and I are getting ready to give our daughter her first pocket knife, but she first needs to read up on saftey and how to use it and what to use it for, is there any websites, that you would recomend us letting her go to to learn, or any books that she would be able to read, we live in a small town, and there isnt a lot of resorces close at hand, could you please send me some information.

Check your library for a copy of the Boy Scout Handbook.

Sounds like this is an ideal opportunity for Dad to teach daughter on how to safely, handle, use and care for a pocketknife.

 

And you might want to teach her the same information just like they do in a good old Totin' Chip session.
