I've found mention of it several places BUT the scouting.org link does not work and the latest application form date is 2005. Does anyone know and can point me in the right direction? I think its an awsome award and i recomend working on it with any troop. Easy award and great way to boost moral. When i get back involved with a troop I plan on working on it with them.
