Not aware of anything that requires it at this point, other then the National Youth Leadership Society, and other courses can be taken instead. The training syllabus was completed last spring. I was told it would come out last fall. I even have 2 of the pins that came out in August. Last thing I heard was it was supposed to come out in November. Still not seen it.
