Troop 479 in China, Maine is very lucky to be able to conduct most of the activities on Scout Sunday. We have always taken part in the service and for the last few years we have even had one of the Scouts give the sermon. Other scouts will greet the members, lead the call to worship, Lord Prayer, scripture readings, pastoral prayer, prayer of thanks, closing , offering, greeters,and the children message. Last year we were able to provide a band from our scouts and the chorus was made up of Scouts and Scout Leaders. Our troop is sponsored by the China Baptist Church.
