Alec27 2
I apologize for posting this in the Council Relations topic, but my question is in regards to the minimum number of registered youth. My understanding is that a Scouts BSA Troop needs a minimum of 5 registered youth in order to maintain it's charter status with the BSA. Please feel to correct if wrong. But my biggest question is, what happens to the Troop if those minimum requirements (whatever they are) for both youth and registered leaders are not met when it comes time to re-charter? How is a situation like that handled, and who handles it? Thank You All !!
