I did use black eyed peas instead of the kidney beans and pintos.  Also... I think it probably needs a bit more "heat" .  I used a can of Rotel, but it didnt add much to it.

You did not post a valid url. It would help if you included the part in front that has "https://www. ...." so at least the domain name shows up.

There is no URL.  I took a picture of the page out of my binder and attached the photo.

I do this recipe but also add rice. Rice plus beans equals complete protein.

I have done it vegetarian and with ground beef or turkey. We like to add tortilla chips, cheddar cheese, plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream) and green onions to garnish. Pickled jalapeños are a nice addition too.
