I made a couple of mistakes, but they still turned out pretty good.  First, I should cut the wings into pieces.  Second, I should have finished them in a dutch oven, but we didn't have any available.

I brined them in salt water with chili pepper overnight.

Our mandatory ingredient was honey. I brushed them with honey on the grill.  The problem on the grill was they were going to get too dark on the outside and not cook on the inside.  This is where I wanted to finish them in the dutch oven. Instead, I boiled them.  Then I put them back on the grill.

For the sauce, I melted butter, honey and hot sauce.  I chose Tears of the Sun hot sauce. It's made by a guitarist in Trans Siberian Orchestra I know (a little) named Chris Caffery.
