xd00z1 1
I recently turned 18 and aged out of my scout troop and am considering staying on as an ASM. However, I am also considering joining a Venture crew (one unrelated to my troop) is there anything in the BSA guidelines preventing me from doing so?

When you fill out the BSA registration forms, be sure you check the box that says "multiple" (which means that you are registering in more than one position / unit).
qwazse 4333
@xd00z1, welcome to the forums! And ... Do it. DO it! DO IT! The program was designed for venturers to take on these kinds of responsibilities.
thdewey 12
You can absolutely do it. But now there isn't much benifit in it. 18-20 ASM can't fullfill 2 deep Youth Protection roles anymore. You must have 2 registered adults over the age of 21 on every trip and at every meeting.
