Help to setting up the new English Speaking Scout Group in Madrid!

I'm Alejandro Cárdenas and I'm setting up a Scout Program in Madrid (Only English Speaking). We are currently designing the project, and it would be real for next October 2017. In this step we are interesting in building the new leading team, and we are looking for English Speakers that has any relation with Boy Scouts when child, or may has been camp monitors anytime.
