$15/month collected by the boys to be held in their patrol fund (Scribe/QM teaching tool). The money must be raised by the boy, it cannot be a handout from their parents (A scout is Thrifty teaching tool). All fundraising funds go to the Troop as a whole.

My crew is charging $35 for the first member in a family with a $5 reduction for each subsequent member. The youth members themselves came up with the schedule. We also charge a per person fee for certain activities like camping trips. Fundraising monies go to the group as a whole and are used for things like renting camping spots for the crew and purchasing crew equipment. Adult members other than the committee pay the same rates.

Pack - $50 dues. Annual cost is about $150 per family. Almost everything paid by pack and funded through unit fundraiser. Very little additional cost to families.

 

Troop - $75 dues. Annual cost is about $700. $30 per weekend camp, 10 of them. $275 for summer camp week. Scouts pay for each camp outs, but can reduce their cost by selling in the fundraiser.
