If the only tool you have is a hammer, then every job looks like a nail.

 

Study, learn, practice, keep your eyes open, ask questions respectfully and give thanks for the answers politely. The more you know the more you can do well. Make sure there is more than one tool in your tool box.

I keep this one taped to my monitor and I quote it in the congratulatory cards I give to new Eagle Scouts:
