click23 66 Posted March 9, 2009 Share Posted March 9, 2009 The new commissioner manual, which I believe replaces Commissioner Administration of Unit Service, Commissioner Basic Training Manual, and Continuing Education for Commissioners, is due to be in the warehouses on 3/23, and in your local scout shops a week or two after that according to my local scout shop manager.
