2009 Western Region Chief Elected

According to the Western Region Website, David Harrell has just been elected as the 2009 Western Region Chief at the National Planning Meeting in Dallas, Texas.

 

The Western Region website didn't have any information about him, however I was able to track down that David is a a member of Kola Lodge, Longs Peak Council.

 

Is he an Eagle Scout, assuming a Vigil Honor member? What are his hobbies? anyone know?
