gtscouter 12 Posted February 12, 2009 Share Posted February 12, 2009 I was talking with a scout family whose son recently completed his Eagle Scout Project. He raised the money for his materials by organizing a "Parents Night Out" where parents could drop off their kids and go out for the evening and the scouts baby sat. Apparently it was very successful. Thought is was a great idea to pass along. Could be a good way to promote your unit, as well! 1 Link to post Share on other sites

Charter Org relations (do it for the members of the CO for free or for fee) Community relations... I like it! How far to open this? Just the Troop? The attached Cub Pack? The CO? Friends and Family?
