Perhaps the good news isn't getting out because so many journalists are being killed there: 124.

Compared to

World War II: 68

World War I: 2

Not much good news coming out of those wars either.

Interesting numbers. Of the 124, only 2 (two) have been from the United States, so I find it hard to believe this would be the cause for the lack of good news being reported here in the states. No, the MSM knows that good news from Iraq is bad for Democrats and good for Republicans.

How right you are. Besides, I think one of the two American journalists was from NBC who actually died from a deep vein thrombosis, a blood clot that travelled from his thigh to his a lung and that's what killed him.
