Still, even if all the entries isn't in, they can print him out a report and tell him to not go looking for entries from date A - current, because they have yet to be entered.. Then CNY can get a start on HIS "voluntary".. "I'm helping you guys out.. Please meet me half way" Job..

 

I don't know if CNY's advancement has gone on-line yet. Ours is. If it is, that use to be the job of the Registrar, so that should have freed up his time somewhat. ( I know he just didn't do Advancement, but that was a major data Entry project. Also with more & more courses being taken on-line those don't need to be data entered either.
