There are some caves outside of Bloomington Indiana as well where you can spend the night.

 

merritt, try asking at a district Roundtable. Perhaps others in your district have done this activity as well.

In the Tennessee area, I also recommend Raccoon Mountain Caverns just outside of Chattanooga. Great wild tour.

 

I think the Cumberland Caverns (near McMinnville, TN) folks also administer some sort of national cave association and could provide a more complete listing.

I'm from Columbus, Ohio. Our troop goes cave camping in Blue Springs Caverns in Bedford, Indiana. That cave is really interesting. You actually camp in the cave, you get to ride a boat on the underground river, and you get a guided crawling tour through the openings in the cave.
