ATCprofesr 10 Posted May 26, 2004 Share Posted May 26, 2004 As the Cubmaster of a very active and camp driven Pack, I have been investigating the possibility of recognizing my scouts/scouters with this award. However, it appears that the directives apply specifically to Boy Scouts, with just a hint of grey area. Might someone be kind enough to clarify this discrepancy of mine?
