scoutman31 10 Posted March 24, 2001 Share Posted March 24, 2001 i have a boy that is a first year webelos that would like to bring a child in next year to join scouting. i was wondering would he still be eligible to recieve a recruiting patch as are webelos den leader said that he could only have got it when he was a bear since it was in the book. however i feel a scout should be able to recieve it at anytime for applying his effort to get someone to join scouting. any info would be appreciated.
