By the shores of old Stillwater, with its azure blue. Lies a camp of friendly Boy Scouts, cheerful, brave, and true. Sing her glories, live her ideals hold her memories dear. Give a cheer that all may hear it; Hail all hail Minsi. Far away from care and turmoil of the busy town. In a Brotherhood of Scouting; We will there be found. This is the first summer in about ten years that I won't be doing something with Scouting :-( Started with Cub Scout day camp and finished up with Philmont last year. Makes me kinda sad. Have fun. troutmaster 10 Posted July 12, 2008 Share Posted July 12, 2008 It's Camp Tahquitz for me tomorrow; first time there. But discovered the camp I attended in 1959 is right next door, but now a church camp. Plan on visiting if at all possible. Only seven scouts this year, but we will do well and have fun. Although I did a lot of the organizing, I don't get to go (I hate it when work gets in the way of fun!)
