Right you are Andrews......nothing says the boy needs to work with other scouts. They could work with a friend, relative or scout. They need to work in safe situations, but it doesn't have to be a scout. Our troop policy pushes working with other scouts to use our resources wisely and to have the favored scout interaction.

Dr. BS, you are uneducated on this topic. Homeschooling allows much more interaction with the REAL WORLD that the public schools.
