skeptic 991 Posted February 12, 2011 Share Posted February 12, 2011 Picked up a large full square neckerchief with the above on its point; but there is no council designator. It is purple with a white border and has on odd map like design in white below a compass rose with north as a scout symbol. This is all enclosed in a white bordered triangle.
