This moment some boys are in Washington DC for a 3 day weekend. May Spring camporee Memorial Day Parade June ww rafting and overnight Day long canoe trip .22 Metalic silhouette shoot July Twin Rivers Scout Island Trip/Troop&Weebs Joint Camping Trip Wakpominee Summer Camp August Long Lake to Raquette to Tupper Canoe Trip possiblities(not Sceduled) Patrol camping shoe box camp out the map and compass campout where supplies are stationed in the woods and the boys find they food. Say for dinner----four points to find Main meal-piled together steaks, hamburgers,bologna, spam. other parts- fresh lettuce and salad fixin's,mac and cheese, ramen noodles, lima beans. and so on-you get the idea All the Patrols are given the maps for the location of each pile of food. If you are good and split your patrol into teams and get to the "goods" first then you get your choice. Can't do land nav to save your butt? Well I hope you like spam (I love spam) and lima beans.* * To the "Lima Beans are good food" Coalition and the Million Lima March in Washington group the answer is YES I am bigotted against Lima beans. I hate lima beans. I am not for equal rights with corn. I will not fight to save the lima bean, nor will I donate money for lima bean habitat. I am also not in favor of using stem cells from peaches to help lima beans taste better. I hope the LIMA bean PAC does not help any candidate in the up coming election. June Summer camp week at SHSR 10-15 COH last week to award SC mb's July We take off do not meet or camp family vacations recommended. August First class and above with swimming merit badge and snorkeling patch head to the Florida Keys for 5 days of lobster hunting. Will probably do a local skills campout for the under first class as well. Have two patrols of new crossovers that probably won't make the keys trip. Link to post Share on other sites

They should be studied for fuel use for the eventual replacement of corn when the corn supply is exhausted. Good grief man, think of YOUR childrens future! (Beans-gas!) Visit to local velodrome for pack outing August 12-18 Philmont! Where I will be helping teach the session on Cub Scout Roundtables. oh yeah, some place in there my niece's baby shower (this makes me a great aunt 11 times!); my all-class HS reunion; my 30th college reunion; and my 28th wedding anniversary. yellow_hammer 10 Posted May 21, 2007 Share Posted May 21, 2007 May: Canoe trip on the Cahaba River, AL June: Summer camp at Camp Comer, AL July: Rafting on the Ocoee River, TN July: Venture patrol 50-mile backpacking in Wyoming August: Camp in Racoon Mountain cave, TN September: 10-mile hike and camp Mt Cheaha, AL We also have some scouts scheduled for NYLT this summer. The September hike is the beginning of a quest for the hiking merit badge. The boys have planned four other 10-mile hikes and a 20-mile hike at Shiloh. Link to post Share on other sites
