Hondo 10 Posted February 6, 2007 Share Posted February 6, 2007 We have 3 crews (20 scouters) going to a scuba adventure this July and will be flying into the Miami area. Does anyone have suggestions on transportation from the airport to Sea Base? The estimates I've received so far from the bus/shuttle companies seem quite expensive, around $70/pp. We appreciate any suggestions... Link to post Share on other sites
eagle90 125 Posted February 6, 2007 Share Posted February 6, 2007 We used Emerald Limo Service last year and were very impressed with their service. Yes, it was $70, but this is for about a 4 hour trip each way, with a stop for lunch. The driver was on time and professional, very personable, and did a running travelogue on the area and its sights, ecology and economy all the way down to the base. I would highly recommend them. zeigs 10 Posted February 7, 2008 Share Posted February 7, 2008 We went to Seabase about 5 years ago. We rented cars one way to the Brinton center. The folks at Seabase picked us up from the car rental co (after check in and unloading) near Key West when we arrived and then took the drivers back to pickup when we left.
