Deaf Scouter 23 Posted April 28, 2012 Share Posted April 28, 2012 Never heard of this but have seen a couple that have tried to become known to BSA as one that should be enlisted like Duct Tape Merit Badge. Are you sure you are not confusing this with the blank patrol patch that BSA sells in thinking it is a blank merit badge patch? Link to post Share on other sites
