I haven't gotten a pair of the new pants yet but some in our troop have. I like the pockets and belt loops on the new ones but I think I will miss the ankle zips. Consensus of our troop parents is that they prefer the more easily altered legs of the new design. Link to post Share on other sites
nolesrule 58 Posted April 24, 2009 Share Posted April 24, 2009 I would prefer the ankle zips too, but with the single length alter-to-fit pants, it's just not practical. A 7" zipper would be useless for me seeing as I had to cut off 6 inches of material and there's another 2 inches of it hemmed inside the cuff. Link to post Share on other sites
