Mel4Scouts 10
Does anyone know where I can purchase a copy of this 1966 Fred MacMurray film? Thank you for your response! Mel
scouter659 10
It's probably still out of print, right? I was able to get one on, let's say, a VERY popular auction site. I was fortunate to pay about $30 for it but it was well worth it. I wish you the best in your quest!
smk 10
ask your local video store. You may have to ask for it by name. They might have it sitting on a shelf somewere.
OldGreyEagle 5
I got two copies from THE auction site, thats the best bet unless we could start a campaign to have Disnet to release it for sale in Scout shops
KL Wisconsin 10
Where is THE auction site. Would love to get a copy of this movie, too, and was told it wasn't available on video. Thanks

Eric807 10
This film appears regularly on the Encore Multiplex channel usually on the WAM channel with material for kids. It has also appeared on the main Encore Channel usually on Saturday and Sunday during the day. I have made two copies off that. Just check your local listings.

Mel4Scouts 10
Would anyone consider making a copy of a copy they already have? I wouldn't mind paying for this service. Please let me know. Thanks!
OldGrayOwl 10
Trip down memory lane. The movie is now on DVD. (Making a copy has been and still is illegal).
SSScout 1615
Ah, the joys of the net... Many movie sellers for every genre, just google the title... First source for me is www.moviesunlimited.com Don't forget to review the GtSS when watching the rescue scene. YiS
OldGreyEagle 5
Hey, Whitey handled the rescue scene alright. It was a patrol outing, no adults required and Whitey has warned the kid from being so close to the edge and then lead the rescue, no G2SS problem there. Although, when Troop 1 Hickory gets caught up in the war games, to have one adult alone with the scouts, and he cant even tie a sheep shank, well we all, even Lem Siddons cant be perfect.
