The 2007 version of 33008 has been superceded at least 4 times. So, I'm going to thank people, and ask them to look at current policy before starting a new thread on the meaning of active. Remember, though: Units, Districts and Councils have no authority to add to or take from the National Requirments. Link to post Share on other sites
