This is my 2nd year to be a den leader. I have moved up with my boys each year. We are now in Webelos I. I have a really great group of guys and parents. I'm from Alabama. Married with 2 boys, so it looks like I'll be with scouts for a LONG while! I don't mind a bit. I think this is a pretty good place to be. :-) Tracy Link to post Share on other sites

They have all been together since Tigers and I've been there as a parent the 1st 2 years helping in the den and the last 2 as a leader so they are just about like family. I have 4 boys total in the den and they are great about showing up and getting the work done. I have 2 boys of my own that are 5 yrs apart. They are 4 yr and 9 yr, but the 4 yr old thinks he's as big and the 9 yr old. The boys in my den put up with the 4 yr pretty good. They really watch out for him when he has to be there.
