    Starting this morning, I'm getting a popup saying "This website wants to run the following add-on:"Microsoft Data Access - Remote Data Services Dat..." from "Microsoft Corporation". If you trust this website and the add-on and want to allow it to run, click here..."

    Anyone else getting this and what does it mean???

    Yup, every time I open a new tab or window.

    It looks to me like it could be a data miner, and that is NOT something I want running on my PC!

      What I'm getting is a long list of "http://www/xvgao..." in the history. So you can't go back to your last screen. Anybody with more computer savvy than I know if this is dangerous? LongHaul (This message has been edited by a staff member.)

        Yes, I am getting it too. It is annoying to have to keep closing it so I can navigate through the forum. The sad thing is I do trust this website. Moderators?

          I believe this problem has been fixed (around 7pm CST). Those are NOT a part of this site, and should not be trusted. It's a result of a virus that was embedded into posts.
