One was charged Friday with criminal mischief for goblin toppling Oct. 11 in Goblin Valley State Park in southeastern Utah. The other was charged with aiding criminal mischief for recording the destruction.
Both were registered scout leaders in Utah National Parks Council. If convicted, they could face up to five years in prison, be fined up to $5,000.
