Hi, Well my son has been in scouting since Tiger and he just crossed over in March and in now a Tenderfoot. We are a very active high adventure troop. I am looking forward to learing from all of you.

Welcome to the forums! You'll read a lot of different views on things and hopefully be able to sift out the BS here and there. But it's fun and, some of the time at least, very helpful. Over the years, I've appreciated the good answers to my questions. But even if I haven't received a good answer to the question I have, I've often been helped to see other views and therefore to view my question in a different, sometimes constructive way.

Welcome stout, this site has kind of gone through an overhaul and lost a lot of themore practical scouters, those who enjoy talking scouting. Don't limit yourself to the discussions and post of the just present lot, use the search also because their is a goldmine of informaiton from discussions over the past years. Barry
