Does this site block the Philmont IP address?

I was at Philmont last week for a Wilderness First Aid Train the Trainer class. Every time I tried to connect, it said that the site was blocked. Well, it didn't say that so much as redirect to a cgi.block or whatever and say that the site was unavailable. Was that this site blocking the Philmont ID or was that Philmont blocking this site?(This message has been edited by BartHumphries)

That sounds like it was blocked at the other end. Were you going through their router ormwi fi?
Did someone have an air card? Interesting.

I could see it from philmont wifi in August. Probably just a hiccup.
