    Scouters With 11-15 Years Experience

    I joined with my oldest son -Dan Smith - 15 yr., Eagle Scout

    Initially I was called by my church and then volunteered for District and Council positions when asked to serve. -11 yr. Leader

    My oldest son's Den needed a Webelos Leader. The CM line, "It's only an hour a week," worked. -Eric Larson, Jr - 13 yr.

    I wanted to be a cookie chairman for my area. The Brownie Troop didn't have a Leader...I said I'd help out. -P. O. -14 yr.

    I was asked to be an ACM. I served for about 1 year. Then I was asked to serve as an Assistant District Commissioner. I have served in several positions since. -Greg Morris - 11 yr.


    My oldest son asked me to take him to a Scout meeting. I got involved as a way to share more quality time with my son. -Chuck Vain - 12 yr.

    I was volunteered to be Committee Chair right when I was released from the Army. -15 yr Leader

    My son was interested in joining Cub Scouts -Rick Snyder, 11 yr.,

    I became involved because of my three boys and remembering how much fun I had in Scouts. -Steve Lundh - 11yr

    A friend told me about an upcoming Camporee where an Order of the Arrow Callout would take place. Since OA is my favorite part of Scouting, I went. The rest is history! -Mike McElvogue -15 yr.
