From the council website - Broad Creek Memorial Scout Reservation or the BCMSR is the official camp of the Baltimore Area Council. The BCMSR is located in Harford County about 5 minutes from the PA border. The camp is about 2100 acres.

Operated by Chester County Council in Rising Sun, MD, this 1000 acre camp is used year round including 7-day summer camp sessions. An assortment of winter cabins, adirondacks, & patrol shelters are available for weekend camping during the offseason.
