ABE LINCOLN - Camp Bunn
Located in Hettick IL, this camp of the Abraham Lincoln Council has a number of surprises including a BMX Bike Track & Frontier Outpost camp. 740 Woodland Acres including an eighty acre lake.
ABE LINCOLN - Camp Illinek
Abraham Lincoln Council's Short Term Camp is located in Chatham IL. The 80 acre short term camp has rowboats, canoes, as well as a Dining Hall and Winter Cabins.
BLACKHAWK AREA - Camp Lowden
This is one of two main camps for the Blackhawk Area Council and is located in Oregon IL. The 275 acre camp has Swimming pool, River. Rowboats & a Dining Hall.

This is a small 20 acre camp with a Winter Cabin that is located 5-1/2 miles NE of Mount Carroll, just off of Loren Road but there is a Swimming pool, Lake, River. Rowboats, Canoes, & Sailboats,
BLACKHAWK AREA - Canyon Camp
This camp, operated by the Blackhawk Area Council is located as it's name implies... nestled in a canyon between Stockton and Apple River, IL. This is the camp of the very popular Canyon Campfire Companion Books which SCOUTER Magazine offers on-line.
CAC - Hoover Outdoor Education Center
The Hoover Outdoor Education Center has been operated by the Chicago Area Council and is located in Yorkville. It has been sold but the council is still operating the facility through 2007
CAC - Hoover Outdoor Education Center
Hoover is available for tent camping, cabin camping, adult leader training courses, camporees, and Cub Scout Summer Resident Camp. Annually, Hoover is host to Scout and Cub units, special needs groups, and church and other not-for-profit youth groups.
GSLAC (MO) - Pine Ridge Scout Camp
PINE RIDGE SCOUT CAMP is nestled in the heart of the Shawnee National Forest along the shores of Little Grassy Lake, southeast of Carbondale. The land is part of the Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge. Info is from council website,

Pine Ridge Scout Camp is nestled in the heart of the Illinois Ozarks along the shores of the Little Grassy Lake, southeast of Carbondale. The land is part of the Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge & a part of the Greater St. Louis Area Council.
ILLOWA CO (IA) - Loud Thunder Scout Res.
Loud Thunder Scout Reservation, located near Andalusia, Illinois contains two camps which provide summer camping programs for youth. Loud Thunder Boy Scout Camp and Loud Thunder Cub Scout Camps are both operated by the Council.
LTC - Rhodes France Scout Reservation
Also called Camp Podesta, the camp has been in existence for nearly 40 years & is about 4 miles S.E. of Pana. RFSR has two lakes with canoes, a cope course, firearms range & climbing wall.
MISS VALLEY - Camp Eastman
This page is from the official council site. A map of the camp & directions are included as well as updates & renovations being made to the camp. LDS troops will be particularly interested in the historic sites near the camp like Nauvoo IL.
MISS VALLEY - Saukenkauk Scout Reser.
Saukenauk Scout Reservation is located 25 miles north of Quincy and 4 miles east of Lima, Illinois. Camp Illini (referred to as the Main Side) is designed for Boy Scout Troop long-tern Camp, also includes Camp Illiniwek.
N.E. ILLINOIS CO - Camp Dan Beard
Approximately 80 acres of wooded and open land (two grassy fields) near Dearfield IL is one of two Northeast Illinois Council camps. There are also winter cabins.
N.E. ILLINOIS CO - Camp Oakarro
Approximately 40 acres of wooded and open lands, several ponds. Cleared camp sites and hiking trails. Located in Wadsworth IL.
N.W. SUBURBAN CO - Camp Lakota
Camp Lakota, located outside Woodstock, Illinois is a convenient, close-in location for a Troop to conduct patrol method camping and training, or for a pack to enjoy a fun-filled day or weekend in the outdoors.
OKAW VALLEY - Camp Vandeventer
The natural wonders and scenic beauty of Camp Vandeventer is located just a short distance south of Waterloo, off IL route 156. Camp Van is hidden away in a wooded area along Fountain Creek, at the point where it has cut a path through a limestone bluff.
OKAY VALLEY - Camp Joy
Located near Carlyle, IL, the 160 acre camp offers a dining hall, campsites, or a lodge for rental and winter camping facilities. Operated by the Okaw Valley Council.
PRAIRIELANDS CO - Camp Robert Drake
This is the main camp website, you can watch a camp video, learn about their innovative CD-ROM about the camp, or check out their extensive camp song database.
RAINBOW CO - Camp Theakiki
Located near Kankacee City, this is a primitive weekend camp.
RAINBOW CO - Rainbow Scout Reservation
Rainbow Council Scout Reservation is a 755 acre preserve, located in Grundy County, approximately seven miles southeast of Morris and twenty-five miles southwest of Joliet.
THREE FIRES - Camp Big Timber
This camp, near Chicago in the city of Elgin is used for both long & short term camping. The camp has Swimming pool. Rowboats, Canoes as well as a Dining Hall and Winter Camping facilities.
THREE FIRES - Three Fires Council Ranch
Regrettably there extremely little information on this camp from the council web site. The 525 acre camp is located in Rochelle IL and is mainly used for short term use.
TRAILS WEST - Camp Warren Levis
Just north of Illinois near the Missouri state line in Godfrey IL lies this 283 acre camp which has both long & short term camping. The camp has Swimming pool. Rowboats, Canoes, Sailboats and a Dining Hall. Mainly A Cub Scout Camp.
WDBC - CANADA - Cache Lake Camp
Cache Lake Scout Camp is the W. D. Boyce Council’s northern wilderness camp. The camp opens the first week in June and runs for 12 weeks. Cache Lake is located on Bach Bay in Ontario Canada. Units drive to Crane Lake, NM, which is 650 miles north.
WDBC - Ingersoll Scout Reservation
Ingersoll Scout Reservation, the lone camp of the W. D. Boyce Council, is tucked away in the middle of central Illinois farmland, about 40 miles west of Peoria. Ingersoll encompasses about 1000 acres of rolling hills, deciduous forest, wetlands, & prairie
WDBC - Ingersoll Scout Reservation
Ingersoll Scout Reservation is located 45 miles west of Peoria, Illinois on Route 116. Ingersoll is operated by the W.D. Boyce Council. Some 1000 acres of rolling Illinois Countryside offers each Scout the opportunity to practice his Scouting skills.
Camp Max McGraw
Camp Max McGraw is owned by the Max McGraw Wildlife Foundation, but authorized for use by scouting units for camping, hiking, or daytime activities. The camp is located in East Dundee (behind Santa's Village).
IL - Greene Valley Forest Preserve Camp
Thunderbird Youth Camp, located in the southwest area of the preserve, was once owned and operated by the Boy Scouts of America. It was purchased by the Forest Preserve District in 1969 to provide youth camping for all recognized youth group organizations
SOLD ILLOWA (IA) - Fellheimer Scout Res
The camp has facilities for summer camp, seminars, retreats, family reunions, and weddings. Formerly the Fellheimer Scout Reservation, a Christian atmosphere is provided where every camper will experience safety, recreation & fellowship
