Canyon Campfire Companion - Book Set
These two guides, written by Bill Kline, have been used by the Blackhalk Council for years. Each has chapters with dozens of Openings, Cheers & Applause Lines, Run-Ons, Skits, Games & Stunts, Campfire Stories, and, of course, SONGS!
Creative Campfires - Scout Songbook
This is a tremendous resource for all Scouts! The guide contains not only songs but skits, stories, Campfire Openings & Closings, as well as run ons & cheers too!

The USSSP's Scout Song Collection
The U.S. Scouting Service Project has several songs as well as several entire song books all archived on their site. There are songs here for any scout gathering.
Camp Songs on Tape from Camp Tuscazoar
This scout camp in Ohio has produced two audio tapes: "All Together Again" and "Hail All Ye Old Time Campers" Both are loaded with wonderful acappella versions of all your favorite campfire songs.
